Watch out venture capital, the regulators are coming.
That’s the warning from long-time angel investor Jason Calacanis, who says that the crypto tokens snapped up by venture capital firms in recent years are destined to haunt the industry as valuations plunge and losses pile up. He predicts that years of litigation — and possibly criminal charges — now await the companies and venture capital firms that knowingly flipped worthless tokens to unsuspecting retail investors.
